How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Occasionsdoctor Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Occasionsdoctor Plumbing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a plumber we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Occasionsdoctor Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Us a Complaint
Email contact@occasionsdoctor.homes and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the plumber
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help too.
